The Southern District of Indiana's Patent Case Management Plan has been revised and is effective as of November 3, 2014. The Judicial Conference of the United States has authorized the appointment of a part-time United States Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. The magistrate judge official duty location for the position will be New Albany, Indiana. The part-time magistrate judge will be appointed to a four-year term of office by the District Judges of the court, with the possibility of renewal. The United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit has appointed Jeffrey J. Graham to a 14-year term as United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of Indiana.
