Join the agencies that comprise the federal court family at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, February 17, for their annual Black History Month celebration, this year entitled, "Making Black History: Judge Robert L. Wilkins' Journey from Muncie to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit." Judge Wilkins will discuss his fascinating journey from the midwest to one of the nation's most influential courts.
