Wilkins' Journey from Muncie to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit." Judge Wilkins will discuss his fascinating journey from the midwest to one of the nation's most influential courts. District Judge Tanya Walton Pratt today issued a Decorum Order in case no. 1:15-cr-159, United States v. Jared Fogle. This Order outlines the procedures to be followed before, during, and after the change of plea and sentencing hearing scheduled for Thursday, November 19, 2015, at 9:00 am at the Birch Bayh Federal Building and United States Courthouse.
