The United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana has ordered that amended Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(m), effective December 1, 2015, shall apply only to cases in this Court that commence on or after December 1, 2015. Please click on the attached Order for more details.

The United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana has selected Evansville attorney Matthew P. Brookman to serve as Magistrate Judge, primarily for the Evansville division. Pending successful completion of a background check by the FBI, Mr. Brookman will replace The Honorable William G. Hussmann, who will retire on January 31, 2016.
