Craig M. McKee was appointed part-time Magistrate Judge for the Terre Haute Division in 2007. He also is a partner with the firm of Wilkinson, Goeller, Modesitt, Wilkinson & Drummy, LLP, where his primary areas of practice are civil litigation, corporate representation, and health law.

Judge McKee is a graduate of Indiana State University and the Indiana University School of Law, and clerked for U. S. District Judge Gene E. Brooks from 1983-1985.
