Plaintiff Jeremy Lee Johnson is currently incarcerated at Putnamville Correctional Facility. He alleges that while a pretrial detainee at the Henry County Jail, he was deprived of adequate treatment for his opioid use disorder. Currently, no settlement conference or trial dates have been set. Recently, the Court denied without prejudice a motion for summary judgment filed by the Henry County Sheriff's Department and also terminated a number of discovery-related motions. The Court is seeking counsel to represent Mr. Johnson through final judgment.
