The court seeks counsel to represent Plaintiff DeMarkus Adams, an inmate at Pendleton Correctional Facility, through final judgment. Mr. Adams alleges that the Defendant, Chadd Tyler, a correctional officer at Pendleton, violated his Eighth Amendment rights by using excessive force to restrain him during an incident in 2023. These claims have survived the Defendant's motion for partial summary judgment. A trial date has not been set yet.
