Plaintiff Seth Vilchuck is incarcerated at Pendleton Correctional Facility. He alleges that on December 28, 2023, at Pendleton, Defendant Calvin Quarrier used excessive force against him, Defendants Meghan Sommers and Amanda Terry failed to intervene in Defendant Quarrier's use of force, Defendants Sommers and Terry refused to allow Mr. Vilchuck to have a decontamination shower after being pepper sprayed, and Defendant Terry did not obtain needed medical treatment for him. Defendants recently withdrew their motion for summary judgment. Trial is set for October 19, 2026. No settlement conference date has been set. The Court seeks counsel for Mr. Vilchuck through final judgment.
