The Court seeks to recruit counsel to represent incarcerated plaintiff Andre Moton with settlement discussions. After the Court's screening order, the Plaintiff proceeds on constitutional claims that the Defendants were deliberately indifferent to his serious mental health conditions. The defendants have not filed for summary judgment, and the time to do so has passed. A settlement conference is set for August 21, 2025.
