United States Supreme Court Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr. recently nominated Tim A. Baker, Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, to the Board of Directors of the Federal Judicial Center (FJC). The nomination was approved by a vote of the Judicial Conference of the United States. Judge Baker is the sole magistrate judge to sit on this esteemed Board.
