INDIANAPOLIS (November 9, 2020) – The third and final fall virtual CLE event organized by the Court Historical Society of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana and sponsored by the Court will take place on November 20, 2020 at 4 PM. After a September panel presentation on administering justice in a pandemic and an October session on the struggle for woman suffrage in Indiana, the Historical Society's November CLE will focus on a notorious election fraud case from the Court's history.
