The federal court family will host its 21st annual Black History Month event on Friday, February 14, 2020, at 2:00 pm in the William E. Steckler Ceremonial Courtroom, at the Birch Bayh Federal Building and United States Courthouse in downtown Indianapolis. Dr. Modupe Labode, curator at the National Museum of American History in Washington, D.C., will present "Booker T.
