The Court seeks to recruit counsel to represent incarcerated plaintiff Vincent Pegan with settlement discussions. After the Court's screening order, the Plaintiff proceeds on constitutional claims that the Defendants were deliberately indifferent to his serious back injury, resulting in permanent damage. Mr. Pegan has other pending cases in this court (4:24-cv-96 and 4:24-cv-100). If recruited, counsel in this case may elect to enter an appearance in Mr. Pegan's other cases, if deemed appropriate.
