Plaintiff Mark Powers, who is incarcerated at Branchville Correctional Facility, alleges that defendant Stephanie Riley wrongly denied him pain medication for his restless leg syndrome. Dr. Riley's motion for summary judgment has been denied. The Court seeks counsel to represent Mr. Powers for the remainder of the case.
