The Court seeks counsel to represent Plaintiff Clarence Martin, an inmate at Branchville Correctional Facility, through final judgment. Mr. Martin alleges that the defendants violated his Fourteenth Amendment constitutional rights when they
confiscated his wet blanket and refused to provide a replacement which he alleges was racially motivated. Defendants did not move for summary judgment on this claim.  A date for a final pretrial conference or jury trial has not been set yet.
