The Court seeks counsel to represent Plaintiff Darrell Carter, an inmate at Wabash Valley Correctional Facility, through final judgment. Mr. Carter alleges that the defendants, both of whom were physicians at Wabash Valley, violated his constitutional rights by delaying and denying medical treatment for hemorrhoids and rectal pain. These claims have survived summary judgment. A jury trial is set for July 20, 2026 with a final pretrial conference on July 2, 2026.
