Rafael Walker, who is currently incarcerated at Miami Correctional Facility, alleges that he was subjected to unconstitutional conditions of confinement when he was held at Wabash Valley Correctional Facility. The claims that remain after summary judgment are the claims that he was exposed to mold and that he was denied cleaning supplies when his cell was flooded with water from the toilet. Counsel is requested to represent Mr. Walker for settlement and trial if one is necessary.
