The Court seeks counsel to represent Plaintiff Terrance Swann, an inmate at New Castle Correctional Facility, through final judgment. Mr. Swann alleges that the defendants violated his constitutional rights by failing to protect him from other inmates when he was incarcerated at Wabash Valley. These claim have survived summary judgment. A date for a final pretrial conference or jury trial has not been set yet.
