Deaundra Patterson claims that medical staff at Wabash Valley Correctional Facility failed to treat several medical conditions. After summary judgment, the claims that remain are Mr. Patterson's claims that defendants Drs. Byrd, Rajoli, and Mitcheff exhibited deliberate indifference to his serious breathing issues. Counsel is requested to represent Mr. Patterson for settlement and trial if one is necessary.
