The Court seeks to recruit counsel to represent Randall Lloyd through final judgment. Mr. Lloyd has filed an amended complaint alleging a variety of claims against numerous defendants at New Castle Correctional Facility. He raises claims relating to due process and Eighth Amendment claims based on housing conditions and medical and mental health treatment.  Recruited Counsel will be requested to assist Mr. Lloyd with preparing a second amended complaint or other appropriate filing as discussed in the screening order attached to this posting, and through final judgment.
