The Court seeks counsel to represent Plaintiff Demajio Jerome Ellis through trial and final judgment. Mr. Ellis is proceeding on Eighth Amendment failure-to-protect claims against six New Castle Correctional Facility officials pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The defendants did not move for summary judgment on these claims. Further, default has been entered against two additional defendants on First Amendment retaliation, Eighth Amendment deliberate indifference, and Eighth Amendment failure-to-protect claims. Mr. Ellis is currently incarcerated at Miami Correctional Facility.
