The Court seeks counsel to represent Plaintiff Actora Bankhead, an inmate at Pendleton Correctional facility, through final judgment. Mr. Bankhead alleges that defendants, Warden Dennis Reagle and Correctional Officers Ernest, Jackson, and Brown violated his Eighth Amendment rights by depriving him of out-of-cell recreation while he was in restricted housing at Pendleton. These claims have survived summary judgment.  A date for a final pretrial conference or jury trial has not been set.
