The Court seeks counsel to represent Plaintiff Andre Moton, an inmate at New Castle Correctional Facility, through final judgment. Mr. Moton alleges that the defendants, Correctional Officer J. Surguy and Sgt. Alderson, violated his constitutional rights by failing to give him medical assistance when he expressed that he wanted to self harm. These claims have survived summary judgment. A date for a final pretrial conference or jury trial has not been set yet.
