The Court seeks counsel to represent Plaintiff Actora Meconn Bankhead, an inmate at Pendleton Correctional Facility, in an evidentiary hearing to resolve the Defendants' affirmative defense that Mr. Bankhead failed to exhaust his available administrative remedies before filing this lawsuit. The appointment is limited to preparing for and representing Mr. Bankhead at the Pavey hearing, which has not yet been scheduled.
