The Court seeks counsel to represent Plaintiff Xihai Wang through final judgment on constitutional claims related to criminal proceedings against him in Indiana state court. A final pretrial conference is scheduled for July 22, 2026, and a jury trial is set to begin on July 29, 2026. However, after counsel is appointed, the Court will schedule a status conference with counsel to address case deadlines and settlement.
