The Court seeks counsel to represent Plaintiff Andre Moton, an inmate at New Castle Correctional Facility, through final judgment. Mr. Moton alleges that the defendants used excessive force when he was punched and sprayed with OC spray by officers while incarcerated at Pendleton Correctional Facility. The defendants did not file for summary judgment. A date for a final pretrial conference or jury trial has not been set yet.
