The Court seeks counsel to represent Plaintiff Bradley Coleman, a former inmate at Pendleton Correctional Facility, through final judgment. Mr. Coleman alleges that the defendants, Investigator Alicea and Officer Fawver, violated his constitutional rights by failing to provide him with a decontamination shower after he was pepper sprayed. This claim has survived summary judgment. A date for a final pretrial conference or jury trial has not been set yet.
