The Court seeks counsel to help incarcerated plaintiff Danny Leroy Johnson with preparing an amended complaint. Mr. Johnson's complaint had been dismissed for including misjoined claims about various conditions at Pendleton Correctional Facility. The Court seeks counsel to assist Mr. Johnson with preparing an amended complaint due to his allegations that prison staff destroyed his amended complaint and denied him access to the Court.
