The Court seeks counsel to represent Plaintiff Adonis Rinker, an inmate at New Castle Correctional Facility, through final judgment. Mr. Rinker alleges that the defendants violated his constitutional rights by failing to schedule him for a hernia surgery despite two years of requests for treatment. The defendants have not yet filed for summary judgment, but the parties are both interested in setting a settlement conferenece for Mr. Rinker's claims prior to the dispositive deadline.  A date for a trial has not yet been set.
