The Court seeks counsel to represent Plaintiff Michael Owens, an inmate at Pendleton Correctional Facility, through final judgment. Mr. Martin alleges that the defendants violated his Eighth Amendment Constitutional rights when they failed to provide him with timely and adequate medical care to treat his back following a fall. Defendant Dr. Mershon's motion for summary judgment was denied.  A date for a final pretrial conference or jury trial has not been set yet.
