The Court seeks counsel to represent Plaintiff DeMarkus Adams, an inmate at Pendleton Correctional facility, through final judgment. Mr. Adams alleges that defendants, Lt. J. Jackson, Officer M. Sommers, Ofc. T. Solomon, and Ofc. Christina Harris violated his Eighth Amendment rights by subjecting him to degrading and dangerous conditions of confinement while he was housed in segregation at Pendleton.  The claims against Lt. Jackson, Ofc. Sommers, and Ofc. Solomon have survived summary judgment. Ofc. Harris did not move for summary judgment. A date for a final pretrial conference or jury trial has not been set.
