Ronald Rose, who is currently incarcerated at New Castle Correctional Facility, alleges in this lawsuit that the defendants failed to protect him from assault by other inmates when he was confined at Correctional Industrial Facility. This case is currently in the discovery stage and the defendants have sought a protective order relieving them of producing certain material evidence to Mr. Rose – including evidence related to their investigation of his contention that other inmates have threatened him. The Court seeks to recruit counsel to assist Mr. Rose with navigating these discovery issues and all further proceedings in this case.
