Carlton Wright, who is currently incarcerated at Westville Correctional Facility, alleges in this case that, when he was being held at New Castle Correctional Facility, several officers violated his rights. After summary judgment, the claims that remain are Mr. Wright's claim that Officer Dunn violated Mr. Wright's Eighth Amendment rights by calling him a snitch and sexually harassing him during a strip search and his retaliation claim that Officer Dunn performed the search in a harassing manner because he had filed a grievance. Counsel is requested to represent Mr. Wright for settlement and trial. The Final Pretrial Conference is scheduled for June 11, 2026, and the trial is set for June 29.
