The Court seeks counsel to represent Plaintiff Lionel Gibson, an inmate at New Castle Correctional Facility, through final judgment. Mr. Gibson alleges that defendant, Correctional Officer Sgt. Myers, violated his Eighth Amendment rights by sexually harassing him. Mr. Gibson further alleges that defendant Michael Denney retaliated against him for reporting the sexual harassment by falsifying an investigation report. These claims have survived summary judgment. A date for a final pretrial conference or jury trial has not been set.
