William White alleges two central claims: 1) that the Federal Government committed negligence when they placed him with another inmate that he had previously had disagreements with Robert Decker; and 2) state law claims against Mr. Decker related to an altercation the two engaged in while at Terre Haute FCI.  Assault and Battery claims against Robert Decker and a negligence claim against the United States of America have survived summary judgment. The Court is seeking representation for the individual inmate Defendant in this matter, Mr. Robert Decker. The matter is set for trial on March 24, 2026, with a final pretrial conference on February 24. The Court seeks counsel to represent Mr. Decker through final judgment.
