Plaintiff Rodney Perry, currently an inmate at Indiana State Prison, alleges that while incarcerated at Pendleton Correctional Facility, he was subjected to prolonged confinement in an unsanitary cell in a block with unsanitary showers. The Court recently granted in part and denied in part the Defendants' summary judgment motion. The case will be resolved by settlement or trial; no trial or settlement conference has yet been scheduled. The Court seeks counsel to represent Mr. Perry through final judgment.
