The Court seeks to recruit counsel to represent Steven Pritt. Mr. Pritt has been released from prison and currently resides in Indianapolis. The Court has ruled on Defendants' summary judgment motions. The following claims will be resolved by settlement or trial: (1) Eighth Amendment medical care claims against Lorri Delk , Nicolle Courtney, Nicole Davis, and Dr. John Nwannunu; (2) First Amendment retaliation claim against Defendant Delk; and (3) Monell claim against Wexford of Indiana, LLC. The final pretrial conference has been set for July 24, 2024, and a jury trial has been scheduled for August 12, 2024. The Court seeks counsel to represent Mr. Pritt through final judgment.
