Cherry from the Northern District of Indiana will provide targeted assistance in the Indianapolis division of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. The United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana will sponsor a training session for attorneys on prisoner civil rights litigation. INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana (October 1, 2020): During the month of October, the United States Courts of Appeals along with the United States District Courts for the Seventh and Eighth Circuits are hosting a Bill of Rights contest and we want YOU to be a part of it! School aged children (K-12) in Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin are invited to submit an essay, poem, video, photograph, song, or piece of art on the importance of the Bill of Rights.
