Michael Greer cannot see out of his right eye. He alleges that the defendants have denied him reasonable accommodations that would enable him to see, read, and accesses the law library and research materials on the same basis as other prisoners at Pendleton Correctional Facility. He is suing the defendants for injunctive relief in their official capacities as representatives of the Indiana Department of Correction and Centurion Health of Indiana, LLC, under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Rehabilitation Act. These claims have survived summary judgment, and counsel will represent Mr. Greer through the entry of final judgment.
