The court does not provide electronic notice of new published opinions by e-mail or other means. However, commercial providers of legal research materials and others interested in an automated method to download published court opinions, may do so through the court's FTP site. An "opinions" area of the FTP site holds all the published opinions listed on the Recent Opinions page, in PDF form. This area is frequently updated, and is the best source for those interested in routinely downloading new court opinions.

A login account/password is required to access the court's FTP site. Please contact the Information Services Help Desk, at (317) 229-3737, to obtain account information and instructions for connecting to the FTP site.

NOTE: All published opinions are added to the court's searchable Opinions Database.
