Jury verdict returned December 14, 2006.

    Jury verdict finding for plaintiff as to certain claims against defendants Reiger, Ferrell, and Wickliffe. Compensatory damages of $230,000; punitive damages of $8,750 as to defendant Reiger, $17,500 as to defendant Ferrell, and $8,750 as to defendant Wickliffe awarded.
