Richardson v City of Columbus, et al, 1:18-cv-3234-SEB-MJD

The Court seeks to recruit counsel to assist Mr. Richardson with a settlement conference. In October 2017, Mr. Richardson was being pursued by Columbus police officers, and when he was found hiding he complied with the officers’ orders and surrendered. Officer Branch Schrader then released his K-9. The K-9 injured Mr. Richardson, who required 18 staples and treatment for a broken hand. Mr. Richardson is no longer incarcerated and lives in Columbus.
