Courtroom Technology

Courtrooms in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana utilize an integrated courtroom technology system to effectively manage the presentation of visual and audio materials in court proceedings, known as the Video Evidence Presentation System (VEPS).  Attorneys interested in using VEPS for any purpose should contact the judge's Courtroom Deputy at least two weeks in advance of a scheduled court proceeding.  The Courtroom Deputy will determine whether VEPS is available and appropriate for a particular proceeding, and may refer the attorney to the court's Information Technology Services team for technical assistance with special VEPS setup requirements.
