Criminal Debt Payments

On-Line Payments Using Pay.gov:

Criminal debt payments, including fines, special assessments and/or victim restitution, may be submitted on-line through the U.S. Treasury’s Pay.gov website. Electronic payments may be made using plastic cards (credit or debit), or with checking account information (ACH payment). No fee is charged for this safe, secure and convenient payment method.

To create a Pay.gov criminal debt payment account, please contact your U.S. Probation Officer at (317) 229-3750.

For assistance logging in to your account, or to reset your password,  please contact Pay.gov at (800) 624-1373.

For assistance with making on-line payments, please contact the court’s Financial Services team at (317) 229-3912, or finance@insd.uscourts.gov with questions.

Other Payment Options:

The preferred payment method is using Pay.gov (above), but the court accepts payments made in person at Clerk’s Office locations using a check or money order, or plastic card (Indianapolis office only). Checks or money orders may also be mailed to the court at:
