The Local Rules Advisory Committee for the Southern District of Indiana has recommended, and the District Court has authorized release for a period of public comment through November 16, 2018, the amendment of all Local Rules of Disciplinary Enforcement of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. The amendments, if adopted, will be effective December 1, 2018.  The proposed revisions are attached below.
