Underhill v. Loveridge, et al., 1:16-cv-687-SEB-TAB

The Court is seeking to recruit counsel to assist plaintiff Ricky Underhill, an inmate of in Pendleton Correctional Facility, in a settlement conference and trial, if necessary. Mr. Underhill filed this civil action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 complaining about events that occurred which he was incarcerated at the New Castle Correctional Facility. He alleges that between January 2014 and October 2014, he was denied constitutionally adequate medical care for his injured left shoulder and arm. He alleges that the defendants ignored his complaints of pain and failed to provide him with appropriate treatment.
