Uniform Case Management Plan:
  • The court's Case Management Plan applies to all civil cases - other than patent cases (see below) - in all divisions filed on or after November 16, 2001.

  • The Case Management Plan (updated January 1, 2007)is available in the following formats:

  • In addition to preparing a Case Management Plan, counsel shall prepare a Case Management Plan Summary to submit to the court. The purpose of the summary is to provide the court with a simple, in-chambers reference regarding the case.
