Electronic Civil Case Opening is available for attorneys who are interested in filing new civil cases electronically via CM/ECF.  Participating attorneys must be registered with an ECF (e-filing) login and password.

Print our Civil E-filing Instructions or Criminal E-filing Instructions and consult the instructions before submitting documents electronically, to avoid common e-filing errors.  When doing research and reviewing case dockets and documents online, our Case Search Instructions can also be helpful.
